The mat is great!! My only issue is the material surrounding the mat is curled from shipping...any suggestions would be appreciated. Otherwise, it's fine....stays in place while vacuuming and cleans up nicely.Would purchase again and recommend to others. Thank you
The first delivery of the mat was a big disappointment. Heavy Duty it was not. After the seller saw my review, they connected with me. They offered a replacement plus a refund. I chose not to take the refund as I did give the mat to my daughter as a gift and they placed in on their front entry. I did accept the replacement product. I CAN TELL YOU THE REPLACEMENT ITEM WAS MUCH HEAVIER AND I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT THE QUALITY. THIS COMPANY IS OUTSTANDING IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CONTACTED ME IMMEDIATELY AND WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME I RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT. WE BROUGHT NEW MAT OVER TO OUR DAUGHTER'S HOUSE AND TOOK THE ORIGINAL ONE OUT. DON'T HESITATE TO SELECT A PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY.
This is a great commercial door mat. The quality and durability areexcellent, and it feels stable, thick, and well made. It looks good, workswell in the entryway, and does a solid job with dirt protection andabsorbency. It’s also easy to clean, has good grip, and seems like a goodvalue for the money.
